The Firenze Fiera - Palazzo dei Congressi and Palazzo degli Affari

All of the Congress’ Sessions will be held at the Palazzo dei Congressi and the Palazzo degli Affari which are part of the Firenze Fiera in Florence. 

Housed in the 19th century Villa Vittoria, Palazzo dei Congressi has a prestigious auditorium that can accommodate up to 700 people, with attached 920 square meters of exhibition space and various halls on 4 floors. The palace is surrounded by a park, where there is also the Palazzo degli Affari.

The Palazzo degli Affari was completely renovated in 2021. With its 5 floors, it is a modular and completely convertible space, there is enough space for around 1570 people. Also, the great panoramic terrace on the ground floor is worth a visit. 

All in all, the Firenze Fiera provides more than 100,000 square meters, of which 65,000 are covered. Three adjacent structures, with flexible and multipurpose spaces suitable for any type of event.

How to get there

Arriving by tram

The congress and exhibition center is connected to the motorway through line T1, and to the airport through line T2.

Arriving by car

Florence is centrally located along the major north-south motorways.
From A1-highway take the “Firenze Sud” or the “Firenze Nord” exit depending on your travel itinerary, then follow the signs for “Centro”. Paid parking is available around the Congress area.

You can also park at Villa Costanza when arriving from the A1 motorway – the first Drive & Tramway system in Italy – without exiting from the motorway. From there, the tramway will take you to the city center in a few minutes.
