CME Accreditation

EMAS has applied for CME Accreditation with the UEMS. Further information will follow.

Registration Confirmation
Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted. The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration form or completed online registration as well as the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. The online registration can be completed by clicking the button “register and pay” which can be found at the end of the form. Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically.

The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.

Press Registration
Press registration is free of charge.

In order to register as a press representative, you are required to be at least 18 years old (as of May 2023).

In order to complete the registration, the Congress organiser requires a proof of the journalist’s professional affiliation. All credentials will be verified and approved before the press registration is confirmed. The number of press registrations is limited. EMAS reserves the right to refuse applications.

Group Registration
Registrations for 5 or more persons will be handled separately as a group booking. Please use the Group Booking Link to register your Group Members. Further information will be available under the section “Registration” and within the General Terms and Conditions. If you need any further assistance, please contact us at [email protected]. Please kindly note that there is no discount for group registrations available.
Group requests will be considered until April 21, 2023 (names, required participant data must be sent and payment in full must be made until April 25, 2023) to guarantee a smooth procedure. After that date, only individual online registration will be possible.”
